Health Analytics Poster Wins “Finalist Award” in Madrid, Spain
: Health Analytics’ poster entitled, "Physician Differences Between Italy And Germany: The Treatment of Opioid Dependence With Substitution Therapy,” had the honor of winning the prestigious “Finalist Award” at the International Society for ISPOR’s 14th Annual European Congress.

Background: On November 6, 2011 Health Analytics presented two posters at the International Society for Pharmacoeconomics and Outcomes Research's (ISPOR) 14th Annual European Congress in Madrid, Spain.




Health Analytics Published in The Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment

The results of Health Analytics’ study,“A national study of a telephone support service for patients receiving office-based buprenorphine medication-assisted treatment: Study feasibility and sample description” were accepted for publication in The Journal of Substance Abuse Treatment. The paper detailed the methodology behind the recruitment of a national sample of patients receiving buprenorphine medication-assisted treatment for opioid dependence and their early acceptance of a new disease management program called HereToHelp™. Charles Ruetsch, Ph.D., President and CEO of Health Analytics; John Cacciola, Ph.D., Associate Professor of Psychology and Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania and Senior Scientist at the Treatment Research Institute; and Joseph Tkacz, M.S., Data Analyst at Health Analytics, co-authored the paper.
