Charles Ruetsch, President and Chief Science Officer of Health Analytics, LLC presented "Improving Outcomes and Reducing Costs in the Treatment of Opioid Dependence" on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the Duke Energy Convention Center.

Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
Columbia, MD – June 04, 2010 - Health Analytics, LLC, a clinical research organization, is pleased to announce that it will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new office location after graduating from the NeoTech Incubator. The ceremony will be held on Wednesday, June 16, 2010 at 11:00am at its new location on Rumsey Road in Columbia, MD.
 
“We are proud to celebrate our latest accomplishment with many of the people who have supported Health Analytics over the past several years,” said Dr. Charles Ruetsch, President and CSO of Health Analytics.
 
Ken Ulman, Howard County Executive and Dick Story, CEO, Economic Development Authority are scheduled to be on hand to offer a few remarks regarding Health Analytics, LLC and to assist in the ribbon-cutting.

Joseph Tkacz Awarded "Certified Clinical Research Professional" Designation by the Society of Clinical Research Associates

The Society of Clinical Research Associates (SoCRA) has awarded Joseph Tkacz, Junior Scientist of Health Analytics, LLC, the title of "Certified Clinical Research Professional."  He earned this designation by scoring a 96% on a national certification examination comprised of major subject areas related to clinical research including the conduct of clinical trials, the code of federal regulations, and ethical principles.

Joseph draws on his considerable and diverse research experience to participate in the full spectrum of Health Analytics' research and analysis projects including study development, administration, data analysis and reporting.

SoCRA is a non-profit, professional organization dedicated to the continuing education and development of clinical research professionals.  SoCRA established the Certification Program for Clinical Research Professionals in order to create an internationally accepted level of knowledge, education, and experience by which clinical professionals will be recognized by the medical research community.

Health Analytics, LLC Announces New Contract with Medtronic

Columbia, MD (February 23, 2010), Health Analytics, LLC announces today that it has signed a agreement with Medtronic to provide a study for Obstructive Sleep Apnea.  The study will examine the effects of the ReposeTM System.

Intern's First Abstract Accepted

Sheila Song, a 3rd year Pharmacy Student at the University of Baltimore Pharmacy School, Baltimore, MD and Graduate Intern at Health Analyitcs, LLC  presented her first abstract entitled "A Medication Compliance Enhancement Program for Opioid Dependence; Effectiveness and Perspectives After 6 Months."  at the American Pharmacy Association Annual Meeting & Exposition at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.

Joseph Tkacz Receives Certication for "IBM SPSS Statistics"

Joseph Tkacz, Junior Scientist of Health Analytic, LLC, has been recognized by SPSS, an IBM Company, as "IBM SPSS Statistics Certified."  He earned this designation by successfully completing an examination covering essential skills in using IBM SPSS Statistics for data analysis.

Joseph draws on his considerable and diverse research experience to participate in the full spectrum of Health Analytics' research and analysis projects including study development, administration, data analytsis and reporting.

The IBM SPSS Statistics Certification program was introduced in November 2009 by SPSS, an IBM Company.  It creates a body of statistical knowledge that advances the skills of analysts, statisticians and business line managers - across any industry.  SPSS, an independent software company for more than 40 years and a leader in predictive analytics, was acquired by IBM in October 2009.
